I photographed Stephanie and Ian’s engagement session at Venue3Two back in January and haven’t had a chance to post up the photos until now. Stephanie and Ian is getting married later this year and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding!

If you haven’t heard of Venue3Two, it is a beautiful mansion located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Venue3Two is one of the most unique wedding venues in Michigan with its unique interior and exterior features. The venue has everything you need to host a wedding, including getting ready rooms for the bridal party, a private backyard ceremony and large banquet room attached to the mansion for the reception.

These exterior photos were taken in the wintertime but I’ve been to venue in the summertime and the property is just gorgeous!

Stephanie wanted a variety of photos for her engagement session so we did a combination of formal outfits, casual/lifestyle and boudoir.

I don’t think I’ve seen a more elegant getting ready room for the bride and her bridesmaids than this. The furniture and overall setting is very intimate.

Stephanie and Ian were such good sports! They were willing to run out into the cold to do get their photos taken and we roamed throughout the mansion to get their lifestyle engagement pictures. We also snuck in some boudoir photos last minute using the beautiful all-white background in the bridal suite. Here’s a sneak peek:
