A word from the bride: “Sandra photographed our wedding in Holland, MI on 6/22/19 and she was by far the best and most organized vendor we worked with! I was a bit nervous in choosing a photographer because I can be a little particular in how I want things to look, and also because my husband and I did not have the best results with our engagement photos, which were photographed by someone else. Also, my family tends to not always take the best pictures. I did my research ahead of time, I checked out Sandra’s website, and when I reached out to her she was responsive and answered all of my questions right away. She kept in touch throughout our engagement and about 2 weeks before our wedding we had an in depth conversation about my vision for the day and together we came up with a plan. On the day of our wedding, she was on time, prepared, and followed though with our plan perfectly! The next day before I was even awake, I received a sneak peek of our photos and 2 weeks later our full online gallery was ready. I got very emotional looking through our gallery the first time. It was the wedding of my dreams and the best day of my life and the photos definitely reflected that, they were absolutely phenomenal! She captured every moment. I’m so glad I chose her to capture the most important day of my life.”

Jennifer and Jameson’s wedding was held at CityFlatsHotel in Holland, Michigan and we couldn’t have asked for better weather! For those of you who don’t know, Holland is probably one of the most beautiful cities in Michigan.  It’s located on the west side of Michigan near Lake Michigan and is known for its colorful tulips (an annual tulip festival is held every year and thousands of people come to visit).  I may be bias but I think the grass is definitely greener and the lake is bluer in Michigan 🙂  See my blog post here where I photographed an engagement session during Holland’s tulip festival. b

I met up with the bridal party at the CityFlatsHotel to photograph the girls and guys getting ready.

The guys were having a hard time tying their bow so we watched some YouTube tutorials. 

We then headed to Harderwyk Ministries Church for the ceremony and did the formal portraits outside of the church.

After the ceremony, we headed back to Cityscape for dinner and dancing.  I loved that Jennifer and Jameson’s parents enjoyed dancing and definitely kept the DJ busy!
